• Audra Swanson M.A.Ed., LPCC-S, LICDC-CS, ICCS

    Audra earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University in 1990 and her Master of Arts in Education in Community Counseling from the University of Akron in 1993. She is a Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Endorsement, a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, and an Internationally Certified Clinical Supervisor.

    Dr. Heberling specializes in working with adult survivors of trauma. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English from Heidelberg College and a Master’s degree in Higher Education/Student Affairs from Bowling Green State University. She then spent five years working with college students as they adjusted into new life roles.

    Samantha is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervision status. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University and her Master of Arts in Education in Community Counseling from Kent State University in 2000.

  • Corey Weisend M.A., LPCC

    Corey Weisend, M.A., LPCC holds a Master’s degree in counseling from Walsh University. He works with adolescents and adults, incorporating a cognitive-behavioral approach. Mr. Weisend has experienced a vast array of mental health settings ranging from emergency rooms and group homes to residences.

  • Cathy Shincovich M.A., NCC, LPCC

    Cathy is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Nationally Certified Clinical Counselor by the National Board of Certified Clinical Counselors. In addition to her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, she received a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Human Development from Walsh University in 2001. She is a member of Chi Sigma Iota, a counseling academic and professional honor society.

  • Terry Cook LCDC-III

    Terry is a Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She received a Bachelors Degree from The University of Akron, and a Masters Degree in Social Agency Counseling from the University of Dayton.

  • Gail Weisend LISW-S

    Gail is a clinical social worker experienced in counseling both children and adults. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Malone College, and her Master of Social Work from the University of Akron. Gail’s specialty lies in foster care, adoption, and attachment.

  • Karen Miller LCSW, LISW-S, ACSW

    Karen is a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor in Ohio and Florida, and a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Kent State University, and her Masters in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to her employment here, she has been Clinical Director of a residential facility for co-occuring disorders of substance abuse and mental health in Florida, and was an adjunct faculty member of Florida Gulf Coastal University while maintaining a private practice in Canton, Ohio.
